DIY Raspberry Pi UPS

Hi,

I am wondering if you can help. I would like to build the above project. Unforunately it uses a SMD which I am unable to solder so I was hoping to use a PCB supplier that would assemble the SMD device for me. You published the gerber files, thank you. I need to supply a CPL file. This can be in the for of an excel file which I can generate but I do not have the location of the MIC2253. Is it possible for you to supply the complete PCB files so that I can extract the position of the IC?

The link to the original project is: https://circuitdigest.com/microcontroller-projects/diy-raspberry-pi-ups-hat-an-uninterrupted-power-supply-to-keep-your-pi-safe-during-power-failure

Hello...

Thank you for using my circuit. Component Placement files or X-Y Data is required for bulk production. I will advice you to make the circuit first and solder it without using Pick n Place machine.

This circuit is only designed for hobby purposes not for reselling, because, it does not includes required pad diameters or clearance for wave soldering or soldering cooker.

I will advice you to test the circuit by making a one or two sample pcs using the gerber file and change the design according your needs.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Sourav, great project!

I don't suppose you would consider making some as an assembled unit, would you?

Do you looking for some assembled unit?

Yes.

I ran the design through pcbway.com and it looks like the best way to get the pcb is order 10 units. I do not have anyway to sell 10 units. Then I would have to find somewhere to get all the components. I would prefer to buy one or two from someone, that's all I need. If this forum has a private message function, please send me a message with an idea of cost.
